The Challenge
Naples' tourism economy relies on guests being able to explore the area, but parking is limited, rideshare costs add up, and many guests prefer not to drive. Cove Inn wanted to offer a premium guest experience that extended beyond the property without the complexity of running their own shuttle operation. They needed something that felt high-end, not like a parking lot tram.

Results
In under one month of operation, the Cove Inn shuttle has already served 749 riders across 336 rides. The 5.45-minute average wait time makes it feel more like a personal concierge service than a shuttle. With an average ride distance of just 0.7 miles, the service is perfectly calibrated for short hops around downtown Naples. The 7-minute average ride length means guests spend almost no time in transit. Cove Inn has added a tangible amenity that drives guest satisfaction and repeat bookings without adding a single line item to their operations budget.
